We make every effort to keep down the cost of your dental care. However, payment is expected at the time of service. If you have dental coverage, we will be happy to process your claims for you, but all co-payments are expected at the time of treatment. Most plans include co-insurance, a deductible, and other expenses which must be paid by the patient. We encourage you to read all information pertaining to your specific plan prior to your visit with us. Additionally we have partnered with Citi Card, which allows many patients the financial freedom and flexibility when needing extensive restorative dental work. If you have any questions about finances please feel free to ask us at any time.
A telephone answering service is available after hours for emergencies, and at times throughout the day during high call times. Our system also provides email and text messaging reminders. This service is available upon your request. We ask that you do not use these electronic services to reschedule an appointment. To do so, please call during our normal business hours and speak to a receptionist.
We ask that you make every effort to keep your appointments. Missing an appointment disrupts proper sequencing of care and delays completion of your treatment. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please call us 48 hours or two business days prior to your visit. Failure to do so will result in a $75.00 fee.
